摘 要 列举并总结了新型复合催干剂近年来的用户使用意见和经验，简要归纳出它具有的：单独用、易操作、用量少、成本低、不用钴、没有铅、漆色浅、质量佳、耐低温、抗高湿等特色，可完全取代包括钴在内的所有传统催干剂。探讨了其应用原理和今后的发展方向。

Abstract:   This article has listed the suggestion and summed up the experience of the users in using the new complex-drier in recent years. It has generalized its characteristics of saving quantity, decreasing cost, simplifying process, making the operation convenient, good quality, good stability and without Pb. Simply using such a complex-drier can get the total effect instead of the traditional driers such as Co, Mn, Pb, Zn, Ca etc. The applying principle and its direction of development in the future have been studied.

1 引言

催干剂是涂料工业的主要助剂,其作用是加速漆膜的氧化、聚合、干燥,达到快干的目的。传统的钴、锰、铅、锌、钙等有机酸皂催干剂品种繁多，有的色深，有的价高，有的有毒。近年开发的稀土催干剂产品，较好地解决了上述问题，但也只能部分取代价昂物稀的钴催干剂。开发新型的完全取代钴的催干剂。一直是涂料行业的迫切愿望。

福州鼓山高达稀土材料厂生产的高达牌复合催干剂，成功地实现了这一愿望。它是一种完全不用钴、不含铅、可单独使用的新型复合催干剂。自1995年投产以来，已经历了数年实践的检验。
